Pentecost Sunday ~ May 18/19, 2024
- Coffee Hour is this Sunday, May 19th after the 8am Mass. Come join us in the Church Hall for coffee, donuts and fellowship!
- A reminder to all Confirmation candidates that there will be rehearsal for Confirmation on Monday, May 20th at St. John Church at 6pm.
- We invite all young adults ages 21-39 for another evening of Theology on Tap with Fr. Paul at Southern Tier Brewery in Lakewood, beginning at 7pm on Friday, May 31st.
- The Prayer Shawl ministry will meet on Saturday, May 25th at St. James church at 10am in the Library. Everyone is welcome to attend and to learn.
- We invite everyone to join us on Sunday, June 2nd to Celebrate the Feast of Corpus Christi. Fr. Paul will lead a procession following the 11am Mass at Ss. Peter & Paul church down to St. James church, where we can enjoy light refreshments and celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ. We hope you will join us.
- Night prayer with the clergy continues each night beginning at 9pm on Facebook. Search “Catholic Neighbors in Faith” and click on the arrow to view the video.
- Liturgy of the Hours (Christian Prayer) is prayed on Zoom at 9am every Friday morning. All are welcome! Call the rectory for the codes to join.
- Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is observed on Wednesdays at St. James Chapel from 9am until the 7pm Mass. All are invited to come and pray throughout the day. We are in serious need of individuals to sign up for one hour weekly to help keep the sacrament open throughout the day, and especially at the 4pm, 5pm and 6pm hours.
